I recently bought my first scoob a fortnight ago. Everythings runnin mint no problems whatsoever. Thing is i dont have the code for the alarm. Do i need it ?? Is my alarm on wen i lock my car with just the fob ? Is it only for the alarm or can u do other things with it like turn on a bleep when u lock car ??? Any help would be great.

Hi and welcome - once you have the logbook in your name you can go to a main dealer for the security code

I recently bought my wrx - phoned main dealer and they said just bring the logbook in in your name with id and they supply the code info for free - just received the logbook so ill be able to let you know for sure soon

handbook tells you what it does I think - haven't really looked yet as no code yet so cant be more help I am afraid
