Question Anyone know what this is for...?

Hi there, I have been installing component speakers in the front doors of my GB270 wagon, when I took the door sill trim off on the drivers side I found that these two wires were not plugged in.... Can anyone tell me what they are for??

Haven't a clue but if its any consolation my bug wrx has the same plugs disconnected

You connect them together when doing diagnostics / reflashing the ecu.

Didnt know the newage ones had this? Thought it was just classic?
