I assume you've had the bulbs out and checked them? use a multimeter, or substitute a new one, rather than relying on they eye to spot a break in the filament.

How did you test the fuse?

Nope: use a multimeter to check they still carry current. Blade fuses are awful for not showing.

If you don't have a multimeter, substitute a known working fuse of the same value.

No, sorry, mine is a classic.

Do you not have an owner's manual?

If not, start a new post asking which fuse or fuses control those bits, remember to state car, model and year again.

Don't tag it on the end of this thread, no-one will now see it.

don't know it about a hawkeye but my brakelights also didn't turned on a while ago, also checked fuses, but didn't found it by just looking, also noticed my horn wasn't working.
And the fuse for the brake lights was also used by the horn so after a check with a working fuse I realised the good looking fuse I removed was broken.
So replaced it with a good one, but that blew a second after I touched the horn again.

I had a short circuit on the horn connectors, sorted this out put another new fuse in it and everything was solved.
