DIY Torque Controller... Electronics Help Please!

Chaps,
Its a long shot but here goes....
Would anyone be interested in working with me to build an adjustable torque controller for my R33 GTR. I've read here of someone in Australia who has built one for his R32, and I believe the same should fit an R33 too
I can provide a donor car but very little in the way of expertise, and limited funding for development costs...

Looking at the link, it doesn't seem too complex. Could have come up with a circuit myself, but they've designed one that works, so "if it aint broke, don't fix it". Only need a trip to Maplins and a few hours with a soldering iron to sort the electronics! If you haven't had any joy, mail me.
