You need to make a wiring converter yourself.
At a minimum you need to separate to H4 wiring into the H1 and HB3 bulbs in STi headlights. But if you want to have the dip and main beam both on when main beam is used, you will likely need extra relays and wiring as the WRX standard wiring is a bit on the thin side.
Side note: If you want to be legal (pass MOT) with those lights, you need to make the headlight leveling switch work with them as well. This is the most tricky part as the system in WRX and STi is completely different.
