Blue connector behind instrument panel

Anyone know what the small blue connector that plugs into the back of the instrument panel is on a 94 WRX (not the 2 main grey connectors at the sides).
I had mine apart last week but forgot to plug this back in. I had it apart today again and just noticed that it was unplugged. It's now back in place but i didn't notice anything different while it was unplugged.
