What ecu do most people think is the best? I'm looking at getting one for a 94 wrx sti import. Mods are full decatted exhaust and hks induction kit.

The best all-round one is probably the standard one. It can be remapped by the ScoobyECU boys (e.g. Pavlo). That's the way I would go.
