Hazards/reverse lights not working?

Hazards/reverse lights not working?
As above. The hazards stoped working when i got my new Cat1 alarm fitted. They flash when the alramr is activated etc but wont work normally?!
Reverse lights stoped working the other week there. could b a fuse but due to my car being an import its in Japnease and i cant read Jap!!!!
Any sugestions??
