Help - Heater, mirrors not working (Not the fuse)

Help - Heater, mirrors not working (Not the fuse)
After pulling my phone charger out of the socket in about 5 pieces, it's seems to have blown something. The heater, aircon (which won't work if the heater isn't on anyway) The lighter socket, the electric mirrors don't work.
I've checked the fuses and they are fine.
Can anybody give me advice on where the next best place to look is? I don't really have a lot of time to fiddle about with the multimeter, but it may come to that.
