Unhappy Replacing bulbs behind heater switch.

Anyone done this? I've got a bulb out behind the switch that lets you choose where you aim your hot air (also affects the blower slide switch)

BTW - It's an MY00

Does anyone know how to get to bulb to replace, and what I should replace it with? Curious if the blue leds will do the job as I've fancied changing the colour.

There was a thread here a few weeks ago about changing the LEDs on the dash, the guy did the same with the heater controls.
