wiring loom for driving lights.

I have bought the proper PIAA driving light lamps to go in the aperture in the 22B bumper but there is no loom with them.
Is there an existing loom which plugs in series with the standard H4 connector which supplies a signal to a relay to switch on the driving lights on main beam. PIAA don't sell one for this application as the stadnard lights with the 22B are fogs I believe with a dedicated switch.
Any suggestions on where I can get one would be great.
Obviously it is easy to make one but getting hold of the correct H4 through plugs and H7 (I think) female plugs would be quite difficult.
