Has anybody got an IDIOTS guide on how this is done,Mine move about an inch out and stop dead,Had a look behind and it seems to catch on a white piece of plastic with a screw in it,Does this need to be removed before or what?

Criss you need to follow the instructions in the thread below. My advice is take the front grill out and you will get easy access to the bolt on the white bit of plastic you are talking about.
