driving lights

i am looking for a set of driving lights for my 03sti,i have narrowed it down to :
cibie oscar plus
piaa pro 80xt
hella 1000ff
what are peoples opinions of the above

i've got PIAA's on mine and their wicked mate, totally transforms your main beam.
