Wing Mirrors and Cig Lighter Not working

Are these two both on the same fuse? I think I wiped out the cigarette lighter at the weekend(doing some testing with sat nav & Origin dual running), but just noticed today that the electric door mirrors don't work either now. Had a look at the fuse panel down by my right knee (99 classic), but don't know which is the right fuse to check / replace, didn't fancy pulling them all out.

from top left its fuse number 4 in 20A cig lighter and remote wing mirrors

Are Subaru fuses a special size? I just grabbed a box of fuses whilst filling up at Shell garage, and they are much bigger than the ones in the fuse box?
