10 minute job, provided you have the wiring loom including relay.
The relay will have numbers on the back referring to it's terninals. Wire it as follows:
Terminal 85: from headlight mainbeam, via a Scotchlok or similar.
Terminal 86: to a suitable earth.
Terminal 30: from battery via inline fuse if relay doesn't have one.
Terminal 87: to lights, and don't forget a decent earth for the lights too.
Alcazar.

I think i've got most of it worked out , just a few query's
1.Its a PIAA wiring loom with 1 black box with PIAA sticker on outside .(presume relay is in there ?)
from this black box are 4 wires which go to a plastic multi connector 4 wires in (described below)and 6 wires out:-
1x thick white with red dashes on into connector .... out of connector it is 18 inches long with an eylet on (presume this is for battery live connection)
1x thick white wire with red dashes into connector .... out of connector it splits to 2 thin whites which have connectors to join onto lights at the end.(live feed to lights)
1 x thin white into conn .... out of conn it goes to another connector that is for a black PIAA on /off switch
this other conn has a black wire going to PIAA switch and another white wire that is on its own (live feed from main beam ?)
1 x thin black in to main conn .... out of conn splits into 2 wires....1 thick black with eylet (earth to battery?)
1 x thin goes to conn from PIAA switch)
sorry to confuse you all
if this is too hard to understand I'll try and send pics up tonight
thanks
Steve.
