Default FRONT SIDELIGHT BULB REPLACEMENT ON CLASSIC

I know its a basic query, and I am mechanically competent, but how do you get into these. Seen the screw fixing to top of the headlamp, but I must be missing another screw or clip somewhere as it wont come out. Don't want to force it to find out where it breaks, just thought I would ask first! Cheers, Daz

Undo the screw and push from behind the light towards the front of the car. There's a plastic ball & socket joint behind the lense that hols it in place.

You need to give it some force, but be careful not to break the plastic joint.

there is a metal post type thing which plugs into a lug in the wing

Give it a hard pull & it will come out !

Be careful it doesnt hit the wing though !

The drivers side is notoriosuly sticky compared to the passengers - don't know why

I found it much easier to push it out rather than pulling it. Watch you don't strip the wires on the wing.
