Side lights come on after removing dash clocks

Anyone help?

Just converted my 1996 WRX RA speedo to mph.

We reconnected the battery and the side lights are now permantley on - we have another identical in the workshop that has done the same thing.

Any ideas?

Have you knocked the parking light switch on top on the steering column on.
Common mistake which turns on the sidelights

Nice one, didnt think of that but reckon that could be the one !!!!!!!!! - have not looked at it myself, one of our lads did the job, but will check the switch in the morning when i get back to the workshop.
