Had the phillips ones last week and they are not blue at all and I was really disapointed with the amount of blue.

You need an HID conversion, come with a choice of colour temperatures. 4200k if you want to see a lot, 6000k if you're a bit of a poser and want blue tinge lights and 8000k for really blue lights for the max power brigade.

They're available from Autolamps on-line

Ok, well you won't be impressed with any legal xenon's.. Try these;

http://www.autobulbsdirect.co.uk/high_perf.htm#pw

Or as mentioned above, get a HID conversion for 300£.

The higher the temp rating the bluer the light.
The highest temp rating on the market is the Eurodesign 8500k.
The size you need is called H4.
The easiest place to buy in UK is eBay, just search for "H4 8500k".

Be warned...
they are as blue as you can get but they are not the brightest (if you want bright you need 4500k).
Also they will look silly next to the yellow side lights and the bluest sides you can get are 3400k. so even they will still look yellow next to 8500k.
