Default Heated Mirrors

I've got a 2000 Uk classic turbo and was wondering if it should have heated doors mirrors. if so where is the switch for them. Also there is a switch on the top of the steering column, any idea's what this is for.

No heated mirrors on Impreza's

The switch on the column is for "Parking" lights. All the lights on a Scoob turn off with the ignition, so to leave the side lights on with the ignition off you use this switch.
