Question

For what model year, mate?

Also, don't bother with fogs, by the time you've bought those, you're more than half way to a set of driving lights, whaich ARE worth having

Ah, OK, problems then. Firstly, the lights changed shape, slightly, around 1997, so the crystal ones, which were introduced with the 1999 model, won't fit properly. IIRC, they CAN fit, but shut lines are wrong and the grille looks odd.

The OE lower set of lights on the car are Subaru branded foglights, and, like all foglights, useless, even in fog

There are, however, driving light conversions available for that model, using a pair of rally style lights, mounted where the fogs are. These incluse Cibie, Hella and PIAA, with PIAA the best performers. They USED to be available at Scoob dealers, but try Graham Goode, TSL, etc now. As driving lights, they come on with main beam, and allow you to actually see in the dark, unlike the OE Scoob headlights
