Go to a parts dealer take it out and ask.
Adjusters are on the rear of the lights. Normally with a slot to fit a screwdriver.

If you can park the car on the level with the front of the car close (2-3 feet) with the lights on you will be able to see how much the beam needs lifting by. Having not adjusted a set of morrettes I can only speak generically. There should be two adjusting screws one at the top and one at the side of the headlight unit. The top one will raise or lower the height of the beam, when you adjust take your time and make sure the screwdriver fits snugly into the screw head. Even though it is a metal screw into a plastic fitting I have seen a number of the screws mangaled or the heads sherred off due to excessive force used to adjust. If you are still unsure ask the person doing your MOT if they can adjust it on the beam setter, might cost you a bit but you will get them set right and get the MOT certificate. Best of luck Steve

I adjusted mine on an MY02 - they are a real b@stard. There is no room to get the socket in (at least I think it was a socket - about 8 mm).

Whilst I never failed an MOT as didnt have it that long - I parked the car in the garage and put a big board in front of the car - then marked lines on where the beams went. Following that simply (actually not that simple) use a socket on the adjuster.

Not sure what the measurements should be - I'm sure I found them on SN somewhere.

actually you could try undoing the 8mm bolt that holds the top of the lamp in an d pushing the lamp back and re-tightening the light.. you can get quit a bit out of just moving the lamp without using the adjusters...
