Default Hazard / LH indicator issue

I've done a quick search and [url=https://www.scoobynet.com/lighting-other-electrical-14/472051-left-hand-indicators-stuck.html?highlight=hazard]this{/url] is the closest thread I can find to the problem I'm experiencing.

Basically, RH indicator works fine, but the LH lights up all the indicators, as if the hazards are on.

They still flash, rather than being on constantly.

Everyhing was okay yesterday up until the point I refilled the screen washers, which is close to the fuse / relay box, but AFAIK the relevant relay isn't in there. Opened it up anyway, and there's no visible signs of water ingression.

The car is an '03 UK STi with a Clifford Concept600 alarm. The alarm has Intellistart fitted, which illuminates the hazards constantly when activated to indicate that it's in use.

I've done the obvious stuf like arming / disarming several times, clouting the hazard switch, etc. but the problem aint gone away.

Any ideas?

Also, does anyone have any idea where I can get / download a wiring diagram?

TIA

Could it be a poor earth/earth return? Check front and rear LH indicators.

Or has water got into a connector under the washer bottle?
