What are the whitest E marked bulbs you can get?

Probably either GE Megalight 60% uprated, Halfords 60% uprated or Philips Vision Plus 50% uprated, all of which did well on a recent Auto Express survey.
Their build quality was described as excellent, an important point if the bulb is to put the light where it SHOULD be, not all over the place.
