At 2am this morning the Battery in my00 UK Turbo died which triggered my Alarm which woke the whole neighbourhood. As it was after last orders at the local I was at home just getting my head down. You can imagine my frustation at trying to turn the alarm off when bladdered but with no luck. In the end I had to get the bonnet open in the dark and disconnect the battery.
I feel pretty ropy this morning and not looking forward to facing the neighbours.

Anyway, can someone give me some advice on what battery would be best suited for my car. Need to get one asap!!!!

Halfords own come well recommended, I was quoted £70 for a standard one or £80 for their heavy duty version. That was for a MY01 bugeye WRX.

Halfords calcium are pretty good. I've had one in my blobeye for a year. Turns engine over nice and fast every time.
