MY06 STi 'Defi' Clocks into MY01 WRX ??
Right,
I have got a set of the MY06 STi 'Defi' style clocks that I want to fit into my MY01 WRX bugeye. The main problem I have is:
1. The buzzer keeps going off ( Think its the Rev Limiter Buzzer)
2. The Green plug on the left is 16pin on the STi and 14 on the WRX.
I have managed to source a manual in PDF format for the MY06 STi, so if I can understand it (no use at these things!!) and disconnect the buzzer, that should stop that. ?
2nd point, If i get a 16pin plug out of my local Subaru stealers, would it be posible to transfer the pins from the 14pin (wrx) into the 16 pin (sti) plug? if I can understand the wiring diagram?
As much help on this would be great, if not then I am going to just flog these on to someone else that wants them.
