Another Turbo Timer thread.... No power to the timer?
I got myself a HKS turbo timer cheap from the bay, it came with a wiring harness and plugged straight into that blue connection under the steering wheel (there was only one blue plug and one plug that fit the harness, so i assume this is the correct connection), so the harness is plugged into the car and the turbo timer itself.
I'm left with two wires, one really short black wire which i'm guessing is earth (about 2 inches) and a grey wire which i've been told connects to the handbrake.
What confuses me at the minute is that with the harness plugged in and set to go, which apparently is "plug and play", i have no power whatsoever to the turbo timer, so there's nothing coming up on the display no matter how many times i hit or hold the power button.
Is the turbo timer broken, am i being a retard, or do these black and grey wires have to be hooked up to gain power to the timer?
Any help is much appreciated!

Well monkey, i must say you are a genius, just tried this now and it works, lol, oops. Now all i need to do is figure out where the handbrake cable is so i can hook that wire up... lol
