Front and rear indicators use wedge bulbs WY21Y.
Power Bulbs - autobulbs, autolamps, xenon headlights, car bulbs, headlight bulbs, osram silverstar, philips vision plus, silver star, philips blue vision, bluevision, philips vision plus, visionplus, philips power2night, philips silver vision, silver
Spots? If you mean foglights keep them off, nothing more annoying on the road.
If they are driving lights and automatically come on with the main beam then they are H3 bulbs.
Just to let you know that your dipped beams are H1 and main HB3's

And don't buy the first set of W21W's that are silver and allegedly light up orange. I had a set of I think Foliatec and they were silver when they were off, fine so far, but when they were allegedly on they were silver with a hint of orange. In anything other than full darkness they were too dim to see, downright dangerous. I ended up with PIAA mirror orange after a recommendation on here and they're fine.

Often called 9005's, no idea why they have two different names.
