I had a similar job to do wiring in some STi headlights. Best idea is to get hold of some male H4 plugs (got mine of fleabay) and some connectors to fit the lamps in the morettes and make the loom.
I identified the following wire colours for the headlights:
RH positive - blue with white stripe.
LH positive - red with blue stripe.
Dipped beam switch - yellow with blue stripe (both sides)
High beam switch - Red (both sides)
These are the wire colours on the loom and not the colours on the lamps as the wires from the xenon ballast are different colours (black, brown and orange iirc). Once you trace the wires back to the ballast and remove them, keep going back until you find the loom. If you plan to sell your old lights sell the ballasts with them, mine didn't come with them and I ended up fitting some nissan 350Z ones.
I haven't seen the morette loom so I can't be much more help. If you havd xenon lights you will need to wire the dipped beam switch into the lamp rather than through the xenon ballast, either that or buy a xenon upgrade kit and plug into them. The mod shouldn't be difficult as you are removing something, I had to fit and wire a ballast to upgrade to jap STi lamps and that wasn't too difficult. As the morettes are a factory option I would have thought that the loom would have been compatible. I would love to help with the wiring, but I'm in the middle of moving house, and by the end of next week I'll be living in Watford, so the geography doesn't work.
Pro 16v. I've put some bits on your thread, but if you don't have it sorted by the 15th Sept (I'll have finished moving house and job by then) I'm happy to try and help if you're anywhere near Watford.

By all means try and PM me. From the 6 Sep my time on the site will be limited due to the move and not yet having broadband at the new house, but before then feel free. Hopefully I'll be bcak up and running when you try and sort it.
