I've just bought a XS 3600 CTEK Charger to keep mine healthy when it's parked up for a week or more.
Only £50 delivered from The Ultimate Finish Online Shop for Car, Boat and Bike Enthusiasts.
Stick with a new smaller battery and keep it in good nick with the above!
Don't make your spec C overweight ;-)

I didn't know the SPC battery was smaller???
My full fat JDM 03 has the bigger battery.
I bought one of the halfrauds battery maintainers for about £15. I used the connectors meant for a motorbike which was a waterproof connector so you can charge a car left outside in the rain if you wanted. (Although mine sits in one side of the garage m-f).
How's the Noble search coming on?
Im waiting to see how you fair with it, before choosing a similar new toy next year. Im leaning towards an Exige at the moment.

Noble search is still on going.. Altho the wedding plans/funding is taking over a touch... Im sure i will be fine with a noble... especially after the TVR which had to be rebolted together after most uses. Forget how many times i had to refit the exhaust...
