ok so until i revamp the scoobys crappy sound system, i invested a whole 2 pound on a tape thingy with an aux jack for my ipod. anyway usally u just slot it in and away you go. but i cant seem to get it to work, its almost as if the headunit isnt recognising the tape. any ideas?

does any one else have one? the thingy works on my golf.
