fuse box help

Hi guys,

New to the scooby and having no manual where is the main fuse box on a 1996 wrx as my ciggi lighter dosent work neither does my leccy aerial

lol i have the same problem.got my new tomtom and plugged it in and no cig lighter,but my elec aerial still works

under the dashboard 15a fuse for the ciggy lighter
