My defi gauge worked great until saturday!!

It now sits with the needle point at zero! The defi controller I haven't touched as I haven't had time to read the book since it was fitted.

My nephew was sitting in the car nad pressed the buttons and since then its not worked, does any one have any ideas to what can be wrong?

He's put it in playback mode and pressed pause perhaps?
Any lights flashing on the gauges?

HI,

no lights flashing on the gauge or on the controller.

Will have a read and see how to get back on normal load.

Do you get the opening sequence when you turn the ignition off?
Due to my dodgy wiring, I can sometimes knock a wire that reset's the gauge to zero, I notice when I can't see the opening sequence. In that case, check the wiring.

IIRC pressing up and down arrows puts the controller into differential pressure mode.... but you don't have a fuel pressure gauge, so the value is zero.

Disconnect your car battery and reconnect, will reset the Defi gauge to default settings.
