Question Spotlight wiring help....

Not for my Subaru this time, but hope someone can give me some quick help!!

Got a front grill with a set of integrated Hella spotlights for my runaround Toyota Carina E (Lights were crap so needed something for the winter nights ahead ).

Looking to wire these up to main beam only without a switch. I have the two bulb tails (positive) and i know I can wire the light units to a good earth behind the grill but i need a quick guide how to wire these lights up to a relay with a fuse to the battery as i am going to be using 100watt bulbs and dont wanna melt anything!!

I have a 5 pin relay with the numbers 30, 85, 86 87,87 on it and some wire, whats the best way to wire these up, nothing fancy, just a quick guide

Cheers

Kevin
