Default Fitting folding mirrors to UK classic

Has anyone got a decent guide for fitting folding door mirrors to a UK classic?

In particular, but not necessarily limited to, the extra wiring that is required (I think I'm right in saying that I need an extra wire between the switch and the mirror to make use of the folding function)?

Thanks for your help.

This ones a bit too much I think:
NorthUrsalia.com: STi Version 6 Power Folding Mirrors

heres the thread its on:https://www.scoobynet.com/lighting-o...x-mirrors.html
Scoobynet users KIPS done a guide, which I think is part covered in that.

Only saying that as I run a couple of wires from the door loom to the switch.

Thats why I said the link looked a bit much, they've over complicated it for the prefectionists. It is easy. Give it a try. Scoobynet is always on hand to help out.

its a lot easyer than that mate.
i did this a while ago. if you look at the switch, theres 2 wires (carnt remember the colures, but there the end ones). just conect then to the exstra 2 on the mirrors mate.

thats it.
you can just use normal 5/10 amp cable if need be.
