While facing the adjusters on a classic am i right in thinking winding them clockwise makes the headlamp aim go lower?

Have you tried facing the car against a wall with the lights on and twiddle the adjuster to see which way it goes.

Or go into an MOT place and get them to adjust them for you. I had mine one line lower than the max height and have never been happier with just halogen bulbs.

Hmm suppose i'll have to find a wall somewhere and have a fiddle.......

And sort the headlights.
