I want to change the OE bulb for a white LED bulb.

What type of bulb do I need to fit in the holder on my classic?

The bulb that is in there is a 12v8WAL:98

I put a 269 in my newage, so did my mate and it works fine.

I got mine off ebay. I got a blue one and an ultra white one. I even got a pair of ultra white for my wifes car which has 2 roof lights. They have 6 or 8 leds on them. Just a straight forward swap over. Came in less than a week from Hong Kong.
Yes my mate is Andy from NP. I was at the meet at the hockey stadium with Scoobybubbles earlier in the month.

Thats were AndyL said he got his from. I was not inclined to order a few LED bulbs from HK. So I have ordered the LEDs from the link I posed above.

I went to that MK Hockey Stadium. You wanted to look at my dads WRX.
