need new sidelight bulbs, where have people found good quality sidelights, led or bulbs, that produce a white/blue-ish light, and where from?

just bought the led lights in the above ebay link, but neither of them work? have tried putting them in the other way round, different sides etc, but no light from either??

blu-scoob, where yours just plug and play, or did you have to alter something?
