Hi Guys,
I've fitted a centre dash to my classic that comes with a digital clock with dimmer control.
When I bought the centre console it didn't have a wiring plug with it. Finally after about a month of searching I've found the wiring plug.
Only thing, now I've no idea what wire goes where.

The above is the plug that comes out of the clock, and the below is what plugs into it.

But what do I splice the wires into to make it work?
I think its got to be Permant Live, earth, ignition and a dimmer wire. But I've no idea which goes where.
Also I notice that the second plug only has four wires coming out, where as the first plug has 5 wires, does this matter.

The dimmer, is that attaches to the ligths so when the lights are turned on it becomes brighter, or at least thats was I beleive from reading other threads.
Cheers for you help buddy.

blue/red is 12v permanent
black is ground
white/yellow is (probably) ignition
green/red is (probably) light supply.
if the last 2 are wrong just swap them round. you wont break anything if they are.
