I've put driving lights on my 99 classic in place of the fogs. But something tells me you don't have fogs.
Best thing is to get a wiring kit from somewhere like halfords unless you know what you are doing which I assume from this post you're not too confident. If not you will need wire, fuse holder and a relay.
Take power directly from battery and plug it into relay after the fuse holder. Then run two wires to both lamps and wire up. Use two different colours to differentiate between live and earth. Then wire up relay taking a feed off the main beam. Don't forget to earth.
Wiring kit is probably best as it will give you a full diagram of what to do. If you have fogs you can use another relay to select lamps on or off with main beam.

Be careful as Scoob lights aren't wired like most, the headlights have a switched earth system.
Do a search on here. Can't help more as I can only type for a few mins at a time at the mo after an injury to my spine.
