Mate, the same thing happened to me! My side lights claimed to be bright white, bought off Ebay as quad LED, they turned out to be blue. Took the blue ones out and had to ride with the originals that look yellow. Then got a pair of Prism ones from Halfords, super white there were called. Blue once again!
I am once more back with the yellow looking ones.
So my mains are super white, my sides are yellow and my fogs are a brighter yellow! HAve been trying to get them all one shade of white.

I had the same problem but have solved it
. You can get them from any vw garage part number n01775310 (they are blue bulbs but light up completly white ) They are out of a vw touareg.

I bought some blue normal filament bulbs that where advertised as ice white and they came out ok, only issue is they are not quite as bright as the standard bulbs, probably the blue coating causes this. but colour wise they look fine. I originally bought some quad led's off ebay and they where to blue for my liking.
