Easy as the wiring that goes to it is fused and relayed totaly seperate .It is already wired but I wanted to change the existing H4 bulbs to HID but the H4 bulbs only use 1 filament ,and all I want is a plug and play individually wired ballast.BTW the wiring is as it came out of Prodrive.

Ah: the LIGHTS in the pod, then, not the pod itself![Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif)
So you have some lights in the pod which have H4 bulbs, but you want to fit them with HIDs? And you are only using the main beam filament of the H4 bulb?
I'd think long and hard before you do it.![Wink](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/wink.gif)
The design of an H4 bulb puts each filament at the EXACT optical centre of the light for it's particualr beam. The design of an HID precludes this: it's just impossible to do.![Frown](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/frown.gif)
The H4 HID kits ALL suffer from this: they either have a half decent dip, and crap main beam, or vice versa. Since the DIP beam is the one that gets measured at MoT, they go for the former. Main beam is often horrid and always disappointing. The ones I've seen are worse than a decent halogen properly set up. Bright? Hell yes. But properly focussed? Never![Frown](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/frown.gif)
Can you not replace the H4 lights with some with H1 bulbs? Cibie?
