Default window wipers inoperative help needed!!

Hello all, i have a JDM MY95 WRX Wagon and just the other day my window wipoers have packed in all together..When i move the stick to operate their is no relay noise or nothing but i cannot find any blown fuses!
A while back my rear window wiper packed in but i left that how it was until i had trime to fix it but now its escalated to this
Can anybody help me with possible common faults or where to look as im capable of fixing the problem if i can root it out..i also have the use of a multimeter amongst other tools so im looking to be pointed in the right direction if poss..
Any help much appreciated..Cheers

First job is to uncover the wiper motor connectors and check if there is a supply.

If not, and the fuses are OK, suspect the stalk/switch.
