hi guys i have 2007wrx hawkeye, it is fitted with a sti spoiler, now my question is what does everyone do with the brake light in it to wire it up, do you drill a hole in the boot lid? do you remove the third brake light in the rear window and use the conectore drom that?

any help would be appreciated

There is a hole in the bootlid already drilled for this.

Same. My sti spoiler cable went through original wrx hole and plugged in the same. Works just fine.

Where is the hole located can I see it from just opening the bootlid? did u remove the one in your rear window?

It's very obvious if you look inside the bootlid.

Rear window brake light? Not got one of those on my 06 wrx. Odd

The hole is on the right hand side of the boot lid as you open it. Inbetween the screw holes for holding the spoiler down.
