Unknown battery drain

Hi,
On my 2006 (56) WRW STI I had a dead battery once and since then the battery can not last longer than 3-4 days max even when fully charged.
The Varta battery is 2 years old and still in warranty and I had it check out twice already, first at my supplier and then second time at Varta service centre and they both said the battery is ok.
I have measured the drain on the battery when parked to be between 40mA-60mA with Viper alarm and Tracker, stereo disconnected, no interior light so this drain does't not look to be significate enough to drain the batter down in 3-4 days. When fully charged it is around 12.8V and after 24 hours it could dorp down to 12.6.-12.58 already.
Although I think the drain of 50mA is pretty normal but I did the fuse check by removing one fuse at a time from both fuse box and it remained the same at 50mA.
I have ran out of ideas as apart from getting a new battery since I have been refused a replacement due to the fact that the battery was tested as good. A bit of maths told me that with a 60Ah rated battery, a 50mA drain should last for weeks but the voltage keeps dropping so fast.
Alternater has also been tested as 14.3V so pretty ok besides the voltage drop is while the car is parked from fully charged so that shouldn't be a problem.
