hi.got woke up by the car alarm going berserk.thought some nice guy was trying to take it for a test drive.no it was the thatcham cat one.having a bleb.never done it before.pressed the fob the little red light came on.but the alarm did not reset.and the car wont lock.thought the car battery might be flat as i haven't used the car for 2 weeks.so put the charger on.no the alarms went crazy,sounded like American police car.so went to jump start.no alarm still going of.but when i opened the passenger Dore the red flashing light on the dash went of and the alarm stopped.but the red key sign on the dash stayed on and the doors are still unlocked.any help would be appreciated.by me and the arbours.

The battery sounds to be complety duff to me. try a good overnight charge to bring it back to life. sometimes even trying to start them off a jump pack can be a bit tricky

cheers rob .had it on charge over night.started ok this morning.iv never known a car get through so many batteries.its had 3 in just over 5 years.thanks again.
