Are you using a key that has the immobiliser transponder in it??

If the key symbol keeps flashing its not picking it up.

Yes mate.
Using the same key I always have.
Was thinking that was what it ment.

Also, when turn on the ignition, but don`t try start, leave for a minute and the immobiliser reactivate again, normally I press the button on the fob to turn immobiliser off again while the ignition is still on, and start the engine.

But now when i press the button the alarm starts to churp like its warning you a door or something is open when trying to lock the car but the ignition is on?

Any idea what that may be?
Poss alarm ecu fault?

Any help very much appreciated.
Thanks Ade
