Default difference uk jdm rear lights.

I want to put blob rear lights in my UK bug,
Just noticed they are coming of a Jdm blob saloon (wiper on the rear window).

What if any differences will there be ,if any ...fog light etc...

You will have to change rear bumper for them to fit, there is a round bit on the blob lights that the bug aint got, will have no fog light either so will need to mount an external light for mot or modifiy the lights themselves

no foglight in jdm, so mot fail.

also the round part that is the brake light in uk lights is the lights on light( or whatever you call it) although this is legal and fine and also looks better.

I know about the bumper but the light goes over it (couple of the lads up here are using them with there bug bumper),
The fog light could I use a red LED in one of the reversing sections ,done this with my classic wagon lamp ,wiring will it be hard ??

I would imagine wiring will be an issue as you already have a fog light on a uk spec so it would either be extend wires i would imagine or look at the back of the light when they arrive and see if there is a cover where the uk fog would be? Never seen a set if the jdm lamps so not to sure on that?? But wiring should be near enough straight forward imo
