Hi there, could someone offer some advice?
I have a 99 2.0L Sport wagon manual cable type heater controls and the bulb on one side is out and the other is nearly out. I've stripped it down sofar ie console items removed, fascia panel heater panel unscrewed BUT the panel doesn't turn enough to access the bulbs. Do you have to disconnect the cables if so? How? If not how do you gain access?? Cheers

Bump to this - I'm also interested as I have not been able to remove the heater control unit to replace the bulbs. I did repalce the bulbs after I'd managed to remove the heater control unit facia but I'd love to know the proper way to get the the back of it.
