Side lights staying on

Hi
Just wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction. The front and rear side lights on my bug wont go off. any ideas

have you tried turning off your parking light?

Lol , i was putting new bulbs in my dial cluster last weekend and couldnt understand why mine were on. I was "how the hell can putting bulbs is ***** up my side lights ?" till i noticed when i removed the cluster i had hit the switch ! Doh !
