Default Wide Arch Bugeye Wagon

Well some of you may know I have had my wagon some time now and decided to bite the bullet and do something pretty dramatic with her. Well here are the first pics of her new look taken at Japshow yesterday at SantaPod.

I know she wont be to everyone's taste but I love it.

There are still more bits to be done, Lower carbon skirts to be fitted and new brakes.

I have also been approached by a couple of magazines to do a full feature on her

Anyway I hope you like.

Looking good mate - as said yesterday at pod once the brakes are on and the other little finishing bits it'll be an amazing all round package.

Very brave ZX! I would have been more than happy with the saloon front and rear arches myself but hats off to you for getting stuck in and doing something different! Must have cost a fortune to do which is why I prefer the more subtle approach to modding...

There'd be a few things I'd change, but I like it and it's good to see somebody doing something different

See isn't finished yet, I only got her out from ABW last Wednesday so basically just got her together for Japshow on Sunday.

I would be interested to know what you would do with her though as I have a few idea's. the bonnet spacers are going and I'm tempted to colour code the bonnet too.

Personally, I'd change the mirrors, get rid of the white accents on the wheels and colour code the bonnet, but leave the vents

Cheers for the feedback mate, took a while for me to like the mirrors tbh but they look better then stock ones now with the kit on. The wheels don't have white fella the edges of the spokes are machined and polished, just a bad angled pic. Re the bonnet I'm having the same thoughts tbh, I fitted the bonnet with the intention of leaving it on like that for a few weeks to see if it grew on me. I am still toying with the idea of having it blue with black mesh in the vents.

I'd colour match the bonnet and get rid of the lifters.

does it throw loads of crap up the side of the car with them front arches and no mud flaps??

Thinking about it, as of yet had no probs with arches or dirt, will be coating the doors in 3m clear vinyl though just as a precaution.

Was a good base to start with she's had a few looks now since I've had her but this is by far the most extreme.

A little bit more to add yet over the next two weeks then she's up for some magazine shoots

I like it, chunky & aggressive looking as stated earlier.

I think I would put a medium tint on the back windows thought if it was mine.
